Caroline is an experienced UX Researcher with expertise across a range of product domains, including search, payments, content, social media, e-commerce, and personal information management. She has contributed to product development through research at various stages and has had the opportunity to establish research practices, teams, and processes as the first researcher for several products.

She also creates artwork that transforms research into interactive art projects designed to provoke thought and reflection on social issues. Her work emphasizes fostering meaningful connections between people, with a particular focus on the evolution of language in both its written and spoken forms.
